Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Due to the nature of our handcrafted leather goods, we are unable to accept returns on items that show signs of use or wear. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@classicabella.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Non-Returnable Items - Final sale items - Gift cards - Items returned after 7 days of delivery.  Shipping Costs, return shipping costs, are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right at no cost to you.
